Shoreline Chamber of Commerce Announces 2026 Women of Excellence Honorees
The 11th Annual Women of Excellence Awards will take place on Tuesday, August 18th at Woodwinds in Branford, CT.
The Shoreline Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce the five distinguished recipients of its 11th Annual Women of Excellence Awards, recognizing local women whose leadership, dedication, and service have made a lasting impact on our community.
The Women of Excellence Awards celebrate individuals who inspire others through professional achievement, community involvement, mentorship, and a commitment to making the shoreline region a better place to live and work.

The community is invited to join the Shoreline Chamber of Commerce in celebrating these remarkable women at the 11th Annual Women of Excellence Awards on Tuesday, August 18th at 11:30 AM at Woodwinds in Branford, CT. The event will bring together business leaders, community members, family, and friends for an evening of recognition, inspiration, and celebration.
“For more than a decade, the Women of Excellence Awards have highlighted the incredible women who strengthen our communities through leadership, compassion, innovation, and service,” said Rachel Rusconi, President of the Shoreline Chamber of Commerce. “Each of this year’s honorees exemplifies what it means to lead with purpose and create meaningful change. We are honored to celebrate their accomplishments.”
The Women of Excellence Awards have become one of the Shoreline Chamber’s signature annual events, recognizing women from diverse industries and backgrounds who demonstrate excellence both professionally and personally while inspiring those around them.
