Town: Resident Stickers Have Arrived, Good For 2 Years, Allows Parking At Town Parks, Transfer Station Access

You cannot purchase online, must visit Town Hall. Taxes must be paid up. $5 each, seniors 65+ get one free per registered car.

BRANFORD, CT—The town announced that the March 2026 to March 2028 resident stickers "have arrived."

Available at the office of the window of the office of the Tax Collector at Town Hall.

  • All taxes must be paid up-to-date.
  • The cost of the resident sticker is $5.
  • Be prepared to present your current driver's license, current DMV car registration, and the $5 fee in cash or check.
  • Residents 65 and older get one free sticker per registration name per cycle.
  • The purchase of resident stickers is not available online.
  • Most full-time residents owning a regular passenger vehicle will be able to get a resident sticker to be placed on the driver-side front bumper of that vehicle.
  • The sticker is good for two years.
  • Having a resident sticker on one's car allows parking at Foote Park and Parker Park.
  • Having a resident sticker on one's car allows folks to bring materials to the transfer station/recycling center free of charge.
