$20,000 Winning CT Lottery Ticket Won By Bridgeport Resident
The lucky scratch-off ticket was bought in Waterbury, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
BRIDGEPORT, CT — A Bridgeport resident is $20,000 richer this week after claiming a winning lottery ticket he purchased Waterbury, the Connecticut Lottery announced.
On Monday, Delshad Hussein claimed a winning "20X Cash 8th Edition" ticket he bought at Royal Mart on West Main Street.
The Connecticut Lottery publishes winner information as public record, according to officials.

The game, which costs $20 per ticket, began in June 2022, and as of Tuesday, 60 grand prizes of $20,000 remained unclaimed.
More than 2.8 million tickets have been printed, and the overall odds of winning are 1 in 4.08.
