Daniel is accused of shooting the victims, while Brooks drove the getaway scooter. Vaz is accused of helping to get rid of evidence after the crime, according to police.
Brooks was being held in lieu of bail of $5 million, and was scheduled to appear in court this week.
"These arrests are a result of the outstanding work performed by the lead case officer Detective Keith Hanson and the Detectives assigned to the Homicide Squad," Gilleran said.
