Bridgeport Industrial Property Sells For $1,850,000

BRIDGEPORT, CT — JAC South, LLC recently sold 678-706 Howard Ave. in Bridgeport to 706 Howard Ave, LLC for $1,850,000, in a transaction handled by Colonial Properties, Inc., announced Michael Richetelli, President and Designated Broker at Colonial Properties.

The two-tenant, 33,000 SF +/- industrial building on 1.17 +/- acres is fully leased and was sold as an investment property. Kosta Eliopoulos, REALTOR®, was the sole Broker in the sale.

JAC South, LLC was represented by Attorney Jon Wetmore in Shelton. The Buyer was represented by Attorney Thomas Lynch with Lynch, Trembicki & Boynton in Milford.
