Police Arrest Gang Members Tied To Courthouse Shooting

Bridgeport police have made arrests tied to a courthouse shooting that injured multiple people.

BRIDGEPORT, CT — Police said Friday that they have arrested gang members tied to a January courthouse shooting that injured four. Police conducted a raid of the Greene Homes Housing Complex and arrested members of the "Greene Homes Boyz" gang on Friday.

"These individuals are suspected to be directly related to recent acts of violence, to include the shooting incident at the Connecticut Superior Court located on Golden Hill Street in Bridgeport," police said in a statement.

Local police departments from around the area collaborated with state and federal police in the investigation.

The victims in the January courthouse shooting all suffered non-life-threatening injuries. Police at the time said the victims of the drive-by shooting were "intended targets."
