Brookfield High School Teachers: How Did Students Rate Them?

BROOKFIELD, CT — There seems to be rankings for everything these days — best schools, best towns, best restaurants and now best (and worst) teachers.

A website called RateMyTeachers.com allows students to let their peers know what they think of their teachers.

According to the website, students from Connecticut submitted more than 257,588 teacher and professor ratings. The average teacher rating in Connecticut is 3.89, which is below the national average of 3.95. Students rated High School teachers on their easiness, helpfulness, clarity, knowledge, textbook use and exam difficulty using a star point system.

Brookfield High School ranks 14,505 among all United States institutions on RateMyTeachers.com. Brookfield High School's faculty ranks 193 in the state of Connecticut. Brookfield High School has 901 students and 69 teachers that averages a student to teacher ratio of 13.12.
