• P&Z Responds to 6 story, 176 Unit 8-30G Building Proposed to Replace Putnam Green (greenwichfreepress.com) — A major redevelopment of Putnam Green in Byram could replace 66 garden-style apartments with a six-story, 176-unit rental building, including 53 affordable units, under Connecticut's 8-30g statute. Greenwich's Planning & Zoning Commission raised concerns about height, density, traffic, wetlands, and loss of green space, while Byram neighbors worry about cumulative impacts alongside the planned Vinci Gardens senior housing and new Hamill rink project.
