Cheshire Residents Finish 2022 Boston Marathon

CHESHIRE, CT — Three Cheshire runners competed in the 2022 Boston Marathon on Monday. Nearly 25,000 runners finished the marathon, including more than 350 from Connecticut.

Everett Hackett, 32, of Hartford, was the top Connecticut runner at 50th place with an official time of 2:24:56. Laura Pierce, 40, of Woodbridge, placed 127th among women and 2,251st overall with a time of 2:55:41.

John Snow, 31, of Cheshire, finished with an overall time of 2:34:37 and placed 241st overall and 224th among men, according to the Boston Athletic Association.

Mike Halasinski, 59, of Cheshire, finished with a time of 3:42:08, while John Storto, 62, completed the race in 3:42:14.
