Teresa Giudice hit the Internet for the first time since she went behind bars in January.

Teresa Giudice, star of the reality television show “Real Housewives of New Jersey,” took to the Internet recently to reach all her fans in one shot by sending a tweet for the first time since she was imprisoned in January.
Locked up in Danbury, Connecticut on a 15-month bid for her role in a mortgage and bankruptcy fraud scheme with her husband, Joe Giudice, Teresa Giudice said, “Thank you everyone for all of the cards, letters, and kind words of support I love, love, love you all xo T!”

The tweet was launched around 5 p.m. Sunday, and it was the Montville resident’s first time on the social media channel since Dec. 23, 2014.
Giudice’s twitter account boasts a million followers, and this particular tweet garnered 2,900 favorites and 792 retweets in the first 22 hours.
Giudice is scheduled to be released in February 2016, two months earlier than she was sentenced. Her husband will begin a 41-month sentence once Giudice is released.
