Giudice and her husband Joe Giudice were found guilty of mortgage and bankruptcy fraud and conspiracy.

Her husband was sentenced to a 41-month prison sentence and will start it when Teresa completes hers. The arrangement allows one parent to be with the couple’s children throughout both sentences.

He also faces deportation because he isn’t a U.S. citizen.

Late last year Giudice requested to serve her sentence at a halfway house, but a judge declined the request, according to NJ.com.

Giudice will go from reportedly earning $650,000 per season on the show to at most 40 cents per hour working behind bars.
