3 Danbury Residents Charged With DWI In New York
They and a Reading CT resident were stopped in the town of Southeast.

SOUTHEAST, NY — New York State Police conducted a crackdown on drunk and impaired drivers over the weekend of Jan. 5-6. Several of the arrests involved Connecticut residents.
- On January 6, 2018, State Police from SP Brewster arrested Kevin F. Alvarez-Pesantez, age 20, of Danbury, CT, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 6 in the town of Southeast, NY, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
- On January 7, 2018, State Police from SP Brewster arrested Anthony D. Bracco, age 32, of Danbury, CT, for DWI. He was traveling on Interstate 84 in the town of Southeast, NY, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
- On January 7, 2018, State Police from SP Brewster arrested Brian Alfaro, age 28, of Reading, CT, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 121 in the town of Southeast, NY, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
- On January 8, 2018, State Police from SP Brewster arrested Ismael Vasquez-Garcia, age 23, of Danbury, CT, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 6 in the town of Southeast, NY, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
