Ability Beyond Hosts Annual Golf and Tennis Fundraiser in Danbury
Get Out and Have a Ball at Nonprofit Organization's Golf And Tennis Tournament to Benefit People with Disabilities

Ability Beyond’s Annual Golf and Tennis Tournament is in full swing! The nonprofit organization is hosting its popular charity event on Monday, September 14, 2020 at Ridgewood Country Club in Danbury, CT.
The organization has faced catastrophic financial challenges due to COVID-19 and this competition is one of Ability Beyond’s largest fundraisers. Attracting over 130 golfers & tennis enthusiasts, the event raises critical funds to support the organization’s mission to empower every person, no matter their ability, to live, work and thrive as an integral part of their community. With offices in Bethel and Norwalk, CT and Chappaqua, NY, Ability Beyond profoundly impacts the quality of life for more than 3,000 people with disabilities each year.
“Last year’s event raised over $90,000 and the planning committee is working hard to surpass that goal as more supporters come out to experience a great time on the links or on the court, while helping Ability Beyond during this unprecedented time ,” said Jim Kennedy, Ability Beyond Board of Director Vice Chairman and Chair of Golf Event Committee.
