Busy As Squirrels :WCDNF Article 1

For most of us, January and February are our hibernation months: cooking comfort foods, reading by a cozy fire, relaxing after the busy holidays, and some travel to catch the sunshine. However, your Danbury/ New Fairfield Woman's Club members have been as busy as squirrels finding their acorns they buried last fall. One of our International projects is for the Heifer Foundation. Through the generosity of the members of WCDNF- almost $400.00 was collected. The funds will be used toward hopefully purchasing a pig, a goat, a sheep or some honey bees.
