Car Explosion In Danbury Injures Two
Two people were taken to the hospital after a car rollover that involved an explosion.
DANBURY, CT — Firefighters extinguished a car fire following a vehicle rollover and explosion Saturday. Crews responded to the area of 167 Long Ridge Rd. for the crash.
The car was found to be totally engulfed in flames and two occupants on the scene had burn injuries, according to the fire department's Facebook page.
The two victims were transported to the Western Connecticut Health Network emergency room.
