Danbury Church Honors Nursery School at Lasagna Dinner

DANBURY—King Street United Church of Christ will be celebrating King Street Nursery School at its monthly lasagna dinner on Saturday, Nov. 8 from 5 to 7 p.m.

The nursery school has been located in the church at 201 South King St. for 35 years and during that time has been a devoted member of the church family and has served countless numbers of children from the community. In gratitude for that service, the church will donate 20 percent of the proceeds from this dinner to the nursery school.

Come join us for a very kid-friendly night! The menu includes a generous portion of deep-dish lasagna with your choice of meat sauce or marinara sauce; fresh garden salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, celery, croutons, and your choice of dressing; Italian bread, butter, parmesan cheese; soda, water, coffee, or tea; and a fabulous selection of homemade desserts! All for our low, low price: $12 Adults, $10 Seniors, $6 children under 10, under 5 free.
