CITY OF DANBURY STORMWATER MANAGEMENTIn accordance with Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection General Permit for the Discharge of Stormwater from Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems effective July 1, 2017, the City of Danbury’s consultant, Fuss & O’Neill, Inc., will be performing screening, sampling, and investigations of City stormwater outfalls. In some cases, access to outfalls may involve crossing private property. If this is the case, inspectors will knock on doors to notify residents of their presence. No action is required by residents, and inspections should not take more than 10 minutes.
