Danbury Corporate Center Tenant Files Lawsuit Against Owner
A tenant of the Matrix Corporate Center in Danbury has filed a lawsuit against the building's owner due to alleged deteriorating conditions.

DANBURY, CT - A tenant of the Matrix Corporate Center in Danbury has filed a lawsuit against the building's owner, reports the News-Times. Law firm Chipman, Mazzucco, Land & Pennarola is seeking compensation for damages and to be relived of the center's lease obligations due to the structure's deteriorating state.
The firm has been a tenant of the building since 2011, according to the News-Times. They have now signed a lease to relocate into another building due to their issues with the complex.
The firm cites a declining roster of tenants and a failure to properly maintain the building in a safe manner as reasons for the lawsuit, as reported by the News-Times. The complaint also alleges several reasons the office lease has been breached, including janitorial services and safe access to the building.
