Danbury Man Arrested for DWI After Crashing Into Telephone Pole: Police
Police arrested a Danbury man Sunday after he crashed into a telephone pole on Myrtle Avenue and Westville Avenue.

DANBURY, CT — A Danbury man was arrested after crashing into a telephone pole on Myrtle Avenue and Westville Avenue Sunday, police say.
Wilson Salinas, 33, was arrested after police say he failed field sobriety tests after crashing into the pole at 12:36 a.m. Sunday morning. Police also found that Salinas was driving with a suspended license.
He was charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI), operating under suspension and failure to drive on the right.
