Danbury Mayor Announces Status of School Day Thursday
BREAKING: The region is expected to be hit by a storm that could bring up to a foot of snow Thursday morning.
DANBURY, CT — In his unique style, Danbury mayor Mark Boughton announced Wednesday afternoon that the Danbury Public Schools will be closed Thursday.

The region has been put under a Winter Storm Warning due to the threat of a storm that is estimated to bring up to a foot of snow.
The city will also be under a Level 1 Snow Emergency, which means that you cannot park your vehicle on a city street until the emergency is lifted.
