Danbury Mayor Mark Boughton is Hosting a 'Walking Dead' Finale Watch Party
The mayor is adding his own personal flare to fundraising for his state office committee.

DANBURY, CT — If you've ever taken a look at Mayor Mark Boughton's twitter account, you'll instantly get a feeling for his love of AMC's "The Walking Dead." He even 'cancelled' Halloween over a season premiere of the show.
This weekend, Boughton is combining his love for the show and his aspirations for statewide office for a fundraising watch party of the show's season finale. According to the event page, the event costs $25 and will raise funds for the Connecticut Comeback Committee, Boughton's exploratory committee for statewide office.
According to multiple reports including the Hartford Courant, it is believed that Boughton will make his third run at the Gubernatorial seat in three elections.
