Danbury Named Among Most Diverse Cities in U.S.
Household, religious, socioeconomic, cultural and economic factors were all taken into account.

DANBURY, CT --- The data has been tabulated, and Danbury once again ranks as one of the country's most diverse cities. The city has moved up one notch to 12, just below Chicago and above neighboring Stamford.
Wallethub, a data research and financial advice firm based in Washington, D.C. and owned by Evolution Finance, Inc., annually ranks cities by diversity. Their analysis combines data on what they call the "five major diversity categories:" household, religious, socioeconomic, cultural and economic.
Top of the list are Jersey City, Houston and New York City. Norwalk also made the top 20.

In the tally weighted by city size, Danbury ranked fourth in the small-city category.
