Danbury Police Log: DUI, Marijuana, Weapon

Danbury Police charged Delvena Leak, 32, of 13 Fairfield Ridge Road, Danbury, with possession of marijuana, driving under the influence and reckless endangerment on Sept. 29 just before 6 p.m. She was held on a $5,000 bond.

In addition, Leak was charged with breach of peace, criminal mischief, reckless endangerment, threatening, carrying a dangerous weapon and criminal attempt to commit first-degree assault. On these charges, she was held on a $10,000 bond.

In a separate incident, Danbury Police charged Julio Leah-Filho, 21, of Jeanette Street, Danbury, with driving under the influence, failure to grant the right of way at a driveway and two counts of reckless endangerment. He was held on a $10,000 bond.
