Repeat Drug Trafficker Nabbed in Danbury: Police

They picked him up last August, but apparently he got back into the game...

DANBURY, CT — The police arrested a man they had nabbed last August, once again for dealing drugs in Danbury.

The new, weeks-long investigation into the activities of Christopher Marcos, 23, of 41 Osborne Street in Danbury, was initiated following complaints from citizens, as was the investigation last year. Once the drug trafficking complaints were corroborated, the police obtained search warrants for Marcos' home, phone, car and person.

Last August, police nabbed Marcos when he was attempting to deposit drug proceeds at a local bank. This time around, police established surveillance of Marcos' residence on Wednesday, and approached him while his vehicle was stuck in traffic once he left his home. According to police, Marcos "repeatedly refused to exit his vehicle" when ordered, and had to be forcibly extricated.
