Danbury Resident Nabbed in Underage Drinking Sting: Police
State Police conducted stings to ferret out establishments selling alcohol to underage kids.

DANBURY, CT --- A Danbury resident was arrested as a result of a sting operation conducted by the New York State Police at Somers, NY. The operation was an underage drinking initiative, held April 27, at several locations in Westchester County. Clerks at two establishments were arrested following a sale to the underage party.
Nube M. Yunganaula, 18 , who resides in Danbury and is employed at the Shell Gas Station, 590 Route 22, North Salem, was charged with a violation of the State Alcohol and Beverage Control Law. Subject was issued an Appearance Ticket and directed to appear in the Town of North Salem Court on May 14 at 6:30 p.m.
Julie Lombardi, age 63, who resides in Katonah, NY and is employed by Acme Supermarket, 100 Route, Lewisboro, was similarly charged and directed to appear in the Town of Lewisboro Court on May 21 at 6:30 p.m.

An underage operative attempted to purchase alcohol at the following locations and was denied as a result of his age:
- Goldens Bridge Fine Wine and Spirits, Routes 22 and 138
- DeCiccos Supermarket, Routes 35 and 121, Cross River
- Somers Mobil Mart, Route 100
- Front Street Cellar Wines, Croton Falls
- Cross River Wine and Spirits, Route 121
- Cross River Shell Station Mini Mart, Route 121
- Cameron's Deli, Route 35, Cross River
- 7-Eleven, Route 100, Somers
