Danbury Teen Arrested for Having Weapon in Car: Police
Officers said they also found marijuana and other drug paraphernalia in the car.
DANBURY, CT - Police said they charged a Danbury teen with having a weapon in his car on Friday night, according to the Danbury News Times.
Officers had responded to reports of a suspicious vehicle parked in a handicap spot at the Danbury Hospital parking lot, the Danbury News Times reported. Reports indicated the three young people in the car may have had a weapon.
Police responded to the area and took the driver, 18-year old Jonathan Sherwood, out of the car, in which they also found a CO2 BB gun, according to the Danbury News Times. Officers also found marijuana and other drug paraphernalia in the car and arrested the teen.
