Father and Son Charged with Criminal Mischief in Danbury: Police
The two face charges of criminal mischief and conspiracy to commit criminal mischief.

DANBURY, CT — A father and son were arrested on criminal mischief charges after they were accused of scratching a vehicle with a metal type object, police say.
Miguel A. Ramirez Alba, 32, of New York City and Miguel Angel Ramirez, 57, of Danbury were both charged with criminal mischief and conspiracy to commit criminal mischief. The two were arrested after being observed in a parking lot on Keeler Street early Sunday morning.

Police say that a person flagged down an officer traveling on Main Street towards Keeler Street, and told the officer that they observed the two men yelling in the parking lot. The person told police that the two scratched a vehicle, which did not belong to them, with a "metal type object."
Both are being held on a $1,000 bond, police say.
