Litchfield Crossings Big Lots Gives Big to Support Nationwide Children’s Hospital and its KidsArea store campaigns to raise funds for pediatric research and services

New Milford, Ct. Big Lots and Nationwide Children’s Hospital are teaming up to
raise funds for five-year-old Makenzie who is suffering from Right Hyponastic Heart Disease. Until April 23rd, 2017, donors can visit Big Lots in Litchfield Crossings Shopping Center or donate online to help Makenzie and kids in need, everywhere.

According to a Big Lots Store Manager Bea Lamanna,,” Big Lots nationally raised over $ 3.6 million in 2016 for life saving pediatric research and care at Nationwide Children’s Hospital and they hope to surpass that total this year... In addition,” she added,” Big Lots is a sponsor of the Nationwide Children’s Hospital Columbus Marathon and ½ Marathon Encore Mile. Each mile along the marathon route is represented by a Hospital Patient Champion.”
