Man Driving in Two Lanes Arrested for DUI: Danbury Police

DANBURY, CT — A local man was arrested for DUI after police saw him driving in two lanes of White Street on March 19.

Danbury Police say that Armando Marin, 31, was seen driving a red pickup truck that jerked back and forth between left and right lanes of traffic. Police said that Marin's truck crossed into the left lane and then jerked back into the right lane twice before officers pulled him over.

Marin smelled of alcohol and failed field sobriety tests, police allege.

He was charged with operating under the influence of alcohol, failure to maintain a proper lane and operating a vehicle without a driver's license. He was held on $5,000 bond.
