Men in Stolen Vehicle Found With Cocaine: Danbury Police
Police say the men were stopped by police in a stolen vehicle on Bank Street.

DANBURY, CT — Two city men were arrested after they were stopped driving a stolen car on Bank Street Tuesday night, according to Danbury police.
Police say they saw a Honda on Bank Street that had been reported stolen earlier in the evening at around 10 p.m. Tuesday. Officers stopped the car and arrested Samuel Mills, 48, of Danbury.
His passenger David Mourning, 43, was found with two glassine sandwich bags of cocaine, police allege.

Mourning was charged with possession of narcotics and possession within 1,500 feet of a school. Mills was charged with driving on a suspended license, larceny in the third degree, possession of narcotics and possession of narcotics within 1,500 feet of a school.
Mills is currently being held on a $7,500 bond. Mourning is being held on a court-set bond of $10,000.

Both men plead not guilty to the charges at arraignment. Mills will appear in court for a pretrial hearing on April 24 and Mourning will appear on April 10.
