Three Arrested After Danbury Marijuana Bust: PD

DANBURY, CT — Police arrested three Danbury residents after officers executed a search warrant on White Street, according to police.

Police got complaints about a man who was selling drugs in the Danbury area, said Lt. Mark Williams, police spokesman. Police conducted surveillance on Mikayel Zullo, 21, and eventually obtained a search warrant for his residence.

Police executed the search Feb. 8 as Zullo entered the driveway of his residence. He was accompanied by Shakiem Walker, 20, and Nakia Williams, 23.

A substantial amount of marijuana and cash was found in Zullo's residence and car, Williams said. All three were linked to the findings and were arrested.

The three were charged with possession with intent to sell and several other drug charges. They were all released on promises to appear in court.
