Woman Hit Parked Car, Tried to Leave Scene: Danbury Police
The woman was arrested on several charges .

DANBURY, CT — A Danbury woman was arrested Monday after police say she struck a parked car and tried to leave the scene of the crash.
Carolynn Souza Costa, 27, is accused of striking a parked car while driving eastbound on State Street at 1:39 a.m. Police say both officers and witnesses saw Costa trying to leave the scene of the crash, but her vehicle was inoperable.
Costa also failed the standardized field sobriety tests, according to police.

She was charged with operating under the influence, evading responsibility, operating a motor vehicle without a license and failure to drive upon right. She is being held on a $1,500 bond.
