The average residential real estate price in Darien rose 8.4 percent on a year-to-date basis at the end of November.
Results in other real estate categories, according to statistics reported today by the Darien MLS, were:
-- Sales volume up 12.2 percent, and
-- Sales increased by 3.5 percent.
