Market Surge: Latest Darien Weekly Real Estate Update as of June 6

Darien saw a surge in residential real estate activity in the week ending on Friday.

Results in major real estate categories, according to the Darien MLS, included:

-- 13 new listings of property for sale;
-- 16 price changes;
-- 12 accepted offers;
 -- Four properties going under contract, and
-- Five closings.
