A man previously arrested for eight car burglaries in Darien is now facing additional charges for six alleged incidents.
Joel Mackinnon, 48, was charged by police on Nov. 4 with six counts of third-degree burglary and fourth-degree larceny for six additional car burglaries that happened on Aug. 13.

Mackinnon has been incarcerated since he was originally arrested by police on Aug. 19. He was returned to the custody of judicial marshals to await his arraignment.
