Post 53 Financial Questions?????

I am asking for help in understanding Post's financial structure. Does Post 53 have two entities? Would one be called Darien EMS Post 53  INC. and is the other called Friends of Post 53 INC? If there are two such entities, is it possible that each has net assets in excess of $5.0 million? If there are two such entities, do their net assets not overlap so the total net assets exceed $10.0 million? If there are two entities, why isn't there just one entity? If it exists, is it possible that Darien EMS Post 53 describes its mission as providing EMS services while providing high school students with community service experience? Is there a website where financial data on Post 53 can be obtained? Stay tuned. Walter Casey.
