Is Connecticut Gov. Dannel Malloy "leaning" toward seeking a third term?

Well, according to a quote from Sunday's interview with the Democratic governor on WFSB-TV's "Face the State," Malloy is not leaning against running, reports the show's host Dennis House.

The former Stamford mayor, who was re-elected to the governor's office in 2014, has struggled with keeping his approval ratings above water over the past couple of years, due in large part to Connecticut's massive deficits.
