Heavy Snow Continues; Icy Conditions Lasting Throughout Monday Night
Travel could be dangerous for the Monday afternoon and evening commute, as temperatures drop, one meteorologist says.
A mix of snow, sleet and rain steadily came down all day, but as Monday afternoon wears on and temperatures start to drop, heavy snow is starting to fall, Meteorologist Gil Simmons reported via Facebook.
Simmons said we may see an additional one to four inches of snow before the storm leaves the area. He urged everyone to be careful when driving.
βRoads are very tough,β he wrote. βIcy conditions will last into the evening as temps drop!β
