Update: Coginchaug Graduation Cancelled

More than 3,000 outages reported in Durham.

Update: Officials announced that Coginchaug Regional High School’s graduation ceremony has been cancelled.

β€œDue to the extreme weather conditions and loss of power, this evening’s graduation ceremony will be cancelled. Project Graduation will also be cancelled,” said Superintendent Kathy Veronesi. β€œThe reschedule date will be announced by tomorrow at 10 a.m. β€œ

As of 6:30 p.m. there are 745 Middlefield customers and 3073 Durham customers without power, according to Eversource.
