$5,000 REWARD Offered for Information Leading to the Arrest of East Haddam Fugitive from Justice

Thomas A. Marcel, age 54, with a last known address of Mount Parnassus Road, East Haddam is currently being sought by fugitive recovery agents. 

Marcel is wanted for charges of Risk of Injury to a Child and Enticing a Minor by Computer in 2008, as well as Possession of Child Pornography and Promoting the Obscene Performance of a Minor in 2011.
