"Friends Night Out" cooking class - Romantic Dinner for 2

Diane Sandler, the Marlborough Arts Center's Chef Extraordinaire, is planning to resume her popular "Friends Night Out" cooking series. These classes are a wonderful opportunity to get together with a group of friends, or come yourself, for a fun evening. You will learn how to make a complete menu, enjoy a glass of wine with cheese as you participate in the prep, enjoy the yummy dinner, get printouts of all recipes, and have a doggy bag to take home.
The first will be a "Romantic Dinner for 2" on Monday, February 11th, complete with a special chocolate dessert. Just in time to impress that special someone -- or send that special someone to the class for them to impress you!
The second will be on Monday, March 11th with a St. Patrick's Day theme of a full dinner including Shephard's Pie, Irish Soda Bread and more.
Each dinner consists of an appetizer, entree, salad/side dish, and of course, dessert. The fee for the class is $25 payable to the Arts Center by check, using the class registration form on our website: www.marlborougharts.org.
An additional $20 materials fee will be payable to Diane at the class. Classes start at 6pm at her home in Marlborough near the Arts Center (directions will be provided). Attendance is limited to 8 students, so sign up ASAP to be assured a seat.

The Marlborough Arts Center is a non-profit regional center for fine arts, performing arts, and fine crafts.
