The Economic Development Commission of East Hampton is coordinating the participation of our town's local groups in the Connecticut Open House Day that will take place on June 9.
The EDC had a special meeting of interest last Monday where it reviewed the list of groups that expressed an interest in getting involved in this event. The commission thanks those that came to the meeting and volunteered their input.

This day is approaching quickly, so the commission has scheduled a work shop on Thursday, April 19, at 6:30 p.m. in the library community room. The commission asks that all parties who would like to be involved please attend or send a representative with the following specific information: Organization Name, contact person and phone number, what you would like to do as your service or venue, where you are interested in setting up and the time slot you are available. We need this information so that we can coordinate in advance if we are going to pull off this event successfully.
If you can not attend or do not have a representative as an alternative, please email Mimi Perrotti at mimi-design@sbcglobal.net the information in detail. We are strongly urging you to attend this workshop.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the EDC, or you may call Mimi at 860-467-6139. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and participation. We are looking forward to a successful event.
