Jumpstart Afterschool Program

There are currently openings in the Jumpstart After-School program held at Memorial Elementary School from 3:10 p.m. – 5:30 p.m., Monday – Friday. Call the Parks and Recreation office at 860-267-7300 for enrollment paperwork or for more info. 

Fall Tennis Lessons

Tennis Lessons at Sears Park for ages 5-16 are back for this season. Classes run Sept. 8 – Nov. 3. Lessons are Saturday mornings. Beginner class is at 9 a.m., Advanced Beginner at 10 a.m., and Intermediate at 11 a.m. The cost is $42.  Log onto www.easthamptonrec.com to enroll. 

Adult Boot Camp

A one-hour class that combines a little of everything: cardio, strength, flexibility and balance and even agility training. Challenge yourself while getting the support and motivation you need in a fun, non-competitive environment. The class is open to anyone 18 or older. The class meets Tuesday and Thursday from 6 a.m. – 7 a.m. at Sears Park. The next session is Sept. 4 – Sept. 27. The cost is $112. Log onto www.easthamptonrec.com to enroll. 

Mommy and Me Boot Camp

A 45-minute class that allows moms to get out, get back in shape and build a supportive network. This class combines a little of everything: cardio, strength, flexibility, and lots of bonding with your baby.  The class meets Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. – 9:45 a.m. at Sears Park. The next session is Sept. 4 – Sept. 27. The cost is $100. Log onto www.easthamptonrec.com to enroll in this exciting new program. 

Six Flags and Lake Compounce Discount Tickets

Discounted tickets to Six Flags and Lake Compounce are available for purchase at the Parks and Recreation office. Tickets are $33 for Six Flags and $26.75 for Lake Compounce plus a one time $5 enrollment fee per group/family. 

Open Tennis For Adults

Mixed Doubles Adult Tennis Program meets at the East Hampton High School tennis courts on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 8:30. The program is open play, come only days you want to play, partners are not required and there is no fee or pre-registration required. For more information contact Jim Doering at 860-657-2992.
