East Hampton Police Blotter: Arrests for Nov. 15-29

Nov. 15

• James Hickel, 56, of 142 Main St., East Hampton and Robert Leonard, 76, of 310 Jones Hollow Road, Marlborough were involved in a two-car accident at the intersection of Lakeview Street and East High Street.  Hickel was issued a written warning for failure to grant the right of way.
• Robert Dettore, 49, of 210 East Hampton Road, East Hampton, and two 17-year-old juveniles, both of East Hampton, were involved in a three-car accident at the intersection of Route 66 and Pine Trail. Dettore was issued a ticket for following too close.

Nov. 20

• Silva Cancellieri-Adams, 30, and a 17-year-old juvenile from East Hampton were involved in a two-car accident at the intersection of Lakeview Street and East High Street. Cancellieri-Adams was issued a written warning for disregarding a yield sign.
• Mary Ellen Juma-Johnson, 29, of 4B Bellevue St., East Hampton, was issued a ticket for creating a public disturbance.

Nov. 22

• Tyler John Vashalifski, 20, of 8 Jan Drive, Colchester, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court.
• Alex J. Rarey, 20, of 31 Daly Road, East Hampton, was issued a written warning for failure to obey a stop sign.
• Nov. 24
• John Marek, 49, of 505 Hills Street, East Hartford, was charged with violating a restraining order.

Nov. 25

• Carol Nixon, 59, of 21 Colchester Ave., East Hampton, was issued a written warning for traveling unreasonably fast.
• A 17-year-old juvenile of East Hampton, was issued a written warning for traveling unreasonably fast.

Nov. 27

• Taylor Barthell, 21, of 13 Lakewood Road, East Hampton, was issued a written warning for traveling unreasonably fast.
• Scott Zinkerman, 37, of 38 Spellman’s Point Road, East Hampton, was issued a written warning for traveling unreasonably fast.
• Gary Buzzell, 34, of 53 Walnut Ave., East Hampton, was issued a written warning for failure to obey a stop sign.
• Jennifer Wall, 41, of 172 Wopowog Road, East Hampton, was issued a written warning for expired emissions.
• James R. Girouard, 18, of 51 Comstock Bridge Road, Colchester, was involved in a one-car accident on Woodchopper Road.  Girouard was issued a ticket for traveling too fast for conditions.
• Janice Cook, 69, of 10 Mott Hill Road, East Hampton, and April Lombardo, 41, of 14 Pocotopaug Drive, East Hampton, were involved in a two-car accident on Lake Drive. Cook was issued a written warning for making an unsafe left turn.

Nov. 29

• Shawn T. King, 30, of 24 Whispering Woods Road, East Hampton, was issued a written warning for failure to obey a stop sign.
• Stephen Flynn, 46, of 28 Harlan Place, East Hampton, was issued a written warning for traveling unreasonably fast.
• Melissa E. Niwinski, 23, of 285 Amston Road, Amston, was issued a written warning for traveling unreasonably fast.
• Chanthanome Prothirath, 47, of 12 Casabella Circle, A4, East Hartford, was issued a written warning for traveling too fast for conditions.
