East Hampton Police Blotter: Arrests for Nov. 1-Nov. 10

The following information was provided by the East Hampton Police Department. Inclusion on this list does not reflect a conviction.

 

Nov. 1

  • Ashley Porter, 19, of 45 Collie Brook Road, East Hampton, was involved in a one-car accident on Long Hill Road.  Porter was issued a written warning for failure to drive right.

  • Alexis L. Sypek, 18, of 17 Staeth Road, East Hampton, was involved in a one-car accident on Rte 16.  Sypek was issued a ticket for traveling unreasonably fast and passing in a no passing zone.

Nov. 5

  • Jeffrey Valin, 45, of 60 Burrows Hill Road, Amston and Anthony Calvo, 77, of 57 Hickory Drive, Hebron, were involved in a two-car accident in the area of 82 East High St.  Valin was issued a written warning for following too close

  • Megan Beebe, 18, of 130 Comstock Trail, East Hampton and Sal Simsek, 37, of 240C Brittany Farms, New Britain, were involved in a two-car accident on Route 66 near Old West High Street.  Beebe was issued a written warning for failure to drive right.
  • Timothy Hahn, 19, of 38 Old Marlborough Road, East Hampton, and Kerry Shunk, 54, of 23 Mountain View Road, East Hampton, were involved in a two-car accident on Skinner Street in the area of Forrest Street.  Hahn was issued a written warning for traveling too fast for conditions.
  • Frank Cedrone, 57, of 16 Gifford Lane, Yantic was involved in a one-car accident on Route 16 in the area of Comstock Bridge.  Cedrone was issued a written warning for traveling too fast for conditions.
  • John Clark, 48, of 210 East High St., East Hampton and Angela Snelling, 43, of 48 Felicia Bells Lane, Colchester, were involved in a two-car accident at the intersection of Lakeview Street and Route 66.  Clark was issued a written warning for following too close.

Nov. 9

  • James C. Shaw, 28, of 16 Barbara Ave., East Hampton, was charged with failure to appear in court. Michael Eric Gioielli, 25, of 4 Summit St., 2nd Floor, East Hampton, was charged with carrying a firearm while under the influence, possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics within 1500 feet of a school zone. Mitchell David Anderson, 22, of 24 South Main St., East Hampton, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia within 1500 feet of a school zone in the same incident.
  • Alexa Marie Jerjies, 18, of 3 Curry Lane, East Hampton, was charged with using a motor vehicle without the vehicle owner’s permission.
  • Eileen Taylor 55, of 2 Minnetonka Trail, East Hampton, was issued a written warning for failure to have tail lights illuminated.
  • Mark G. Recor, 69, of 10 Sears Place, East Hampton was issued a summons for disobeying the signal of an officer, interfering with an officer and failure to renew registration.

Nov. 10

  • Melanie Talbot, 43, of 207 George St., Middletown was charged with violating a protective order.
  • Donna Cook, 50, of 158 Main St., East Hampton, received a verbal warning for traveling unreasonably fast.
