East Hampton Police Blotter: Arrests for Oct. 20-Oct. 23

The following information was provided by the East Hampton Police Department. Inclusion on this list does not indicate a conviction.

 

Oct. 20

  • Stacy Deanna Rivera, 32, of 16 East High St., East Hampton was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court and fifth-degree larceny.
  • Wayne Goodrich, 48, of 159 Main St., East Hampton, was issued a summons for disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief.  Christopher K. Cherry, 25, of the same address, was issued a summons for disorderly conduct in the same incident.
  • Zachary Tine, 19, of 131 Highmeadow Lane, Middletown, was issued a ticket for operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

  • Mark Hall, 44, of 38.5 Chapman Road, East Hampton, was issued a summons for misuse of marker plates and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Oct. 23

  • William Shane Landry, 37, of no certain address, was charged with third-degree burglary third-degree criminal mischief and fifth-degree larceny.
  • Nathan R. Hall, 18, of 22 No. Main St., East Hampton, was charged with third-degree assault, violation of a protective order and disorderly conduct.
  • Brian Irizarry, 25, of 25 Hilltop Road, East Hampton, was issued a ticket for failure to drive right.
  • Anthony Monroe, 40, of 290 Edgewood St., Hartford and Joanne Lavigne, 54, of 20 Flannery Row, East Hampton,were involved in a two-car accident at the intersection of Cone Road and Route 66.  Monroe was issued a written warning for following too close.
  • Franklin Selleck, 79, of 260 Peacefield Hill Road, Portland, and Robert Woike, 60, of 626 Main St., Cromwel,l were involved in a two-car accident at the intersection of routes 66 and 16.  Selleck was issued a written warning for following too close.
