- Victor Echeandia, 55, of 9 Stage Coach Run, East Hampton, was issued a ticket for traveling too fast and possession of marijuana under 4 ounces.
May 9
- A 17-year-old juvenile of East Hampton was issued a ticket for Failure to Obey a Stop Sign.
May 10
- As a result of an investigation conducted by Officer Salafia of stolen auto parts from 8 Walnut Avenue in EAst Hampton on May 10, Officer Burgin and Officer Hanlon arrested Brandon A. Yon, 20, of 188 Marlborough St., Portland and Kyle James Rutkauski, 19, of 127 Pearl St., Enfield. Both Yon and Rutkauski were charged with second-degree criminal mischief, third-degree burglary, third-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny and burglary, and possession of burglary tools. Rutkauski was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and operating a motor vehicle while under suspension. Yon and Rutkauski are scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on May 21.
- Officer Hanlon and Officer Burgin responded to a report of a man screaming profanities on Barbara Avenue. Ralph Stone, Jr., 54, of 15 Barbara Ave., East Hampton, was arrested for disorderly conduct.
- Janice M. Cavanaugh, 56, of 204 Hog Hill Road, East Hampton, was issued a ticket for failure to renew her license.
- Rodney L. McIntosh, Jr., 23, of 2 General Lyon Road, East Hartford, was issued a ticket for a cell phone violation.
May 11
- Officer Brault placed Shyam A. Kulkarni, 26, of 127 Berlin St., Middletown, after observing Kulkarni's Nissan Versa traveling at a high rate of speed, swerve over the yellow center line and make an abrupt right turn without signaling. Kulkarni was charged with driving under the influence, failure to drive right, failure to have a head lamp, failure to signal a turn and failure to renew license.
May 12
- Michael R. Chamis, 63, of 28 West St., East Hampton, and Isabel Sequin, 21, of 47 Cone Road, East Hampton, were involved in a two car motor vehicle accident on Route 66 at the Route 151 intersection. Officer Salafia placed Chamis under arrest for driving under the influence and following too close.
- Officer Brault responded to a complaint of suspicious motor vehicles parked at the dead end of Terp Road. As a result, Tyler B. Provost, 24, of 201 Hog Hill Road, East Hampton, was issued a ticket for possession of less than one-half ounce of marijuana and Bradley J. Davignon, 23, of 23 Middletown Ave., East Hampton, was issued a ticket for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than one-half ounce of marijuana.
- Jason Jozefiak, 27, of 25 Spice Hill Drive, East Hampton, was issued a ticket for speeding.
May 14
- John J. Sullivan, 61, of 213 Clark Hill Road, East Hampton, was issued a ticket for towing an unregistered trailer.
May 15
- Sergeant Boynton arrested Leonard Lucian Bazar, 55, of 31 Rock Landing Lane, Haddam Neck, for 3 separate counts of violation of probation and one count of failure to appear. Bazar was scheduled to appear on May 15 at Middletown Superior Court.
May 16
- Joshua Phillip Pollard, 24, of 68 Childs Road, East Hampton, was arrested for failure to appear.
May 17
- Officer Gionfriddo responded to a domestic disturbance at 9 Long Hill Road in Heast Hampton. Robert Martinellie, 33, of 614 No. Aurora, Ithica, NY, was arrested for third-degree assault and interfering with an officer and was scheduled to appear on the same day at 9 a.m.
