April 21
James Ross, 25, 111½ Smith St., Putnam, was issued a summons for allowing operation of an uninsured motor vehicle.

April 25
Joseph John Pistilli, 53, 19 Sunset Drive, East Hampton, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while using a handheld mobile phone, traveling unreasonably fast, failing to have proof of valid insurance, distracted driving, tampering with evidence, interfering with an officer and illegal storage of narcotics.

April 26
Michael Seeley, 25, 236 Clark Hill Road, East Hampton, was issued a ticket for traveling unreasonably fast and failure to renew vehicle registration.
April 28
Adrian John Pompei, 22, 71 Foxridge Drive, Colchester, was arrested for failure to drive right, driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of heroin.
Michelle P. Prew, 34, 99 Clark Hill Road, East Hampton, was issued a summons for committing larceny in the 6th degree.
April 29
Franklin Lowe, 68, 3 N. Bigelow Road, Hampton, and Lisa Gagnon, 41, 15 Westford Road, Stafford, were involved in a two-car motor vehicle accident at the intersection of routes 66 and 196. Lowe was issued a written warning for failure to drive a reasonable distance apart.
David J. Sorvillo, Jr., 39, 510 Ochlahatchee Drive, Perry, Ga., for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of crack cocaine and failure to drive right.
April 30
Jeremiah Smith, 18, 47 N. Babcock, Cornville, Maine, was issued a written warning for failure to display marker plate.
Susan Wynne, 52, 385 West St., Hebron, was issued a written warning for failure to drive right.
May 1
Colin B. Shirshac, 28, 81 Clark Hill Road, East Hampton, was arrested for possession of heroin, possession of marijuana less than 4 ounces, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to drive right, failure to carry insurance and failure to renew registration.
May 6
Michael Asetta, 50, 5 Fern Lane, Middle Haddam, was issued a written warning for failure to drive right.
