The following information provided by the Portland Police Department.
Aug. 3
Lowell Brandenburg, 35, of 160 Cox Road, Portland, was charged with disorderly conduct, risk of injury to a minor and interfering with police. He was released on $5,000 bond and is due in court on Sept. 13.
