Jewelry I – Deb Carras Week 2, PM – Grades 2-4 - $235.00 In this one week beginner's course, children will learn basic beading techniques, while creating bracelets, necklaces, bookmarks, and other accessories. Jewelry will also be created with wire and Fimo clay. Jewelry II – Deb Carras Week 4, PM – Grades 5-8 - $235.00 This intermediate-level course enables participants to explore the multifaceted world of jewelry design. They will work with a variety of materials such as glass beads, ribbon, cloth, metal, clay, stones, and other natural objects. Several jewelry making techniques will be experienced, including stringing, knotting, wire wrapping, and clay impressions. Beginning with an idea and a carefully executed sketch, students will hand build a design through to a finished piece of wearable art!
